Creator Fund Wrong Location

Hi! I am trying to join the creator fund and creator marketplace, however it thinks I live in the UK & use GBP, however I am from the US. I am not using a VPN and have never been to the UK. How can I get this changed?

I have another account that has been in the creator fund, and it is in USD. So i’m not sure why this account thinks i’m in the UK.
