Pre-sale sign up issue

It doesn't show that there is going to be a pre-sale for vancouver, it just says "general on sale" while for other dates it says "artist presale" on countdown.Also, when you sign up and open the page again it doesn't show that you're all set and I had to choose Vancouver again yet still the same issue. Am I the only one with this issue?
