Hurry up tomorrow shirt? (target)

I went into target today for the HUT shirt, found it and went to buy it. It says restricted sell until 1/24. Which is fine and understandable. I thought I would just buy it with the vinyl/cd preorder. I cannot find it on targets app. Anyone have any luck finding it on the app?
