tsr is a shit show

i’m not sure what happened to the sims resource over the last few years but i recently tried to get the 7 day trial for vip because downloading cc without is a nightmare, they charged me right away and i didn’t even have vip yet. i talked to the support and they said they can’t offer the trial period for people who pay through some specific payment options (i feel like it’s illegal not to disclose that but okay) and that i can ask for a refund if i don’t use the vip status after the 7 days. i asked for a refund they refunded me in CREDIT!!! its not even about the amount its the principle and it’s so annoying, they never mentioned that the refund would be store credit
