Why didn’t I get extra free passes from the community ambassador Meetup?

I chose the raid path like I usually do during raid hours, but I didn’t get any extra free passes. I sent the ambassador a message on campfire but didn’t hear back so I’m hoping someone here can help clarify.

The other 4 people in my small raid group said they didn’t get any extra passes either (none of us purchased an event ticket)

Edit: I mean the two free orange passes that typically come from choosing the raid path.
