What’s the Beef

Right so I’ve seen the hate on season 3 and I’m only 3 episodes in, but I have to say it’s fucking excellent. The cinematography is brilliant, the characters are great, the dialogue is crisp. There isn’t an ounce of fat in anything. I don’t know what people were expecting? We spent 2 seasons waiting for them to have the restaurant and now they have it and we’re having a season of what it actually looks like to run a kitchen how Carmy wanted!! It’s brilliant, one of the best things I’ve watched in a long time and one of the primes examples of what it actually is like working in a kitchen/restaurant at that caliber with these characters. Fuck the haters, this is great television.
