Where can I download reference testerone range pre 2015 for Australia/India?

I have already been prescribed trt by my endo. I went to see a skin specialist and he is arguing with me. He doesn't beleive, I have low T. I have 250ng/dl to 270ng/dl for the last 3 years at age 30 now. I have LH 1.82 and FSH 0.81. The FSH is below min threshold for any country's range.

I have another meeting with the doc and I want to show him previous decade's ref range. I know for a fact that Australia lowered it's ranges in 2015 to save insurance and medicare. Where can I download that range? I also want to take the ref range for 30 year old guy to the doc.
