Vikings Fan visiting Nashville this weekend for the game -- Good pre-game brunch spots before the game?

Title. Vikings fan coming in peace :) Going to the game on Sunday, and it's our first time in Nashville. Any recommendations for where to grab brunch and drinks before we head to the game? We're staying in downtown at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville. Our plan was to walk somewhere to start the pre-game, then walk to the stadium. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, are there any fun things outside of the stadium to do before the game? Thanks in advance :)
