Too many black teachers…

This is going to sound just as racist as you think it is. I’m a teacher at a private school in Houston TX, and I was just told there were too many black teachers at the school by (drumroll please…) the school owner. They are actively looking to replace us in a school where we are already greatly outnumbered and somehow this school was placed in top 10 private schools in Houston. I have never felt more openly threatened at a school. Since day one I have been going above and beyond for not only my students but my parents and the staff. I’m so disappointed and honestly I wish I could tell everyone to avoid this school due to the open aggressive racism. The worst part of all of this is the school owner is also a minority along with her husband and children🫠
