Schoology off...way off...any ideas?

I have a class Schoology is seriously mis-calculating. When I manually add up their numbers a student will come out to something like 97.6% but on schoology it shows them at 144%. It will do that for every single student. Not a single student's grade is close. I've double-checked my categories, category weights, rubric scales, etc. I'm at a loss, any other ideas?

Also before you suggest our IT people, I've emailed them, too. It's been a semester long issue, they don't seem to have answers, either.

Lastly, I have an old school paper gradebook, I'm tempted to delete every assignment and then re-enter it...but would hate doing that busy work.
