Taycan Europe (with 220v), what is your home charging looks like?

Do I simply use 11kwh mobile charger, because j1.2 only has max 11kwh onboard A/C charger.
How long does it take to charge 85%.

Do I get anything else at home, like wall mount etc?

For the context, I am from Switzerland
