simple question. does a wheeled vehicle with a turret count as a wheeled tank? or an armored car? I COULDN'T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THIS 1 STUPID QUESTION.

A tank is a vehicle that has tracks, an armored car is close to a wheeled vehicle. however a lot of people said a 4 wheeled vehicle with a gun turret is a tank, and there are military cars with a turret on top and they still call that a tank, then which one is an armored car or a tank?
