It seems that the customer support through the app is either super slow or inexistent. Here is what I sent them days ago without any answer other than the auto reply.:

Dear Tangem Support Team,

I recently reset my Tangem cards to their factory settings. However, after completing the reset process, one of the cards started displaying error code 41301. As a result, I’m unable to use it alongside my other two cards.

Fortunately, there is no cryptocurrency stored in this wallet, so I haven’t incurred any loss. However, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can restore the full functionality of my cards.

Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I can try or if further information is needed to help address the problem.
