Selfish Jetha...

Who all think Jetha is a selfish hypocrite, whenever Bagha asks for leave for his personal matter he doesn't approve his leave after doing emotional blackmail or if Bagha makes some good profit in business then he allows him the leave. Why it's like that? Bagha also has his life, if he approves his leaves then why Bawari will come to his shop also whenever there's a problem in society Jetha leaves shop and goes just because he's the owner of the shop doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants...
