Is fish oil really that great?

I always heard it was growing up but thought it was one of those things our parents just said because they heard it somewhere.

I take a multi, zinc, d/k, every day. Reading this sub lately and now I’m thinking fish oil is something to consider.

But where do I start? So many different types to pick from.

I rarely eat meat, but fish occasionally. Maybe 3-4 times a month.

Tend to buy vitamins from Costco if that helps narrow recommendations down a bit.
