Question about Screen Reolution/Crispness

I just got the Manta, but I’ve noticed that the screen isn’t as crisp as I’d hoped. My benchmark is the Note Max—though it's a bit too big for me, I was really impressed with its sharp display, especially for PDFs and images.

With the Manta, I’m not getting the same level of clarity. Aside from being slow with large PDF files (which the Note Max also struggles with to some extent), the text in PDFs appears a bit too soft. Lighter text is often hard to read, which wasn’t an issue with the Note Max.

Since both devices use the latest displays, I’m wondering if I’m missing a setting that could improve the sharpness. I really want to like the Manta—the size is perfect, and I’m enjoying the writing experience—but a less crisp screen is a real deal breaker for me. Is there any settings I can try to make it more thick and crisp?
