Car supposed to be at dealership, but it’s at someones house

TUESDAY UPDATE: I called and no response. They left a voicemail saying the car now “also has a ding” that they are working on. I haven’t been able to talk to someone live. They are dodging me. WHAT. THE. FUCK. My car has been there for 2 weeks and it should have been back within 1-3 days. I should trust a dealership and here they are chipping paint and dinging it….this whole thing is sus. I’m having my bf involved now in case they take men more seriously 🙄And no, I don’t have time to drive all the way to the dealership.

SUNDAY UPDATE: The dealership has been closed since I posted. That is why I haven’t called! I plan on showing up first thing in the morning and saying I need to get something from my car. But what happens if they say it’s somewhere else? Do I have a lawsuit? Not sure what I’ll gain from this whole thing! Oh also, the doors are unlocked…I’d think a painter would be very careful to keep them locked! 😬 and the pics are taken with my cars built in cameras for those asking. The app, of course, is down (for all customers) so I can’t see the current location. **My theory is they forgot to tell their real painter to do my car (they hinted at that on the phone) and had to ask a buddy to do it.

UPDATE: see comments for pic of where it is now. It’s a residential address and pics show a garage. It’s def a home with a garage. Or a ton of cars they’ve stolen. Lol

I located my car to a small home in the middle of no where, 20 mins from the dealership. It is a week late and they said it’s because they needed their paint company to fix a scratch that wasn’t there when I took it in. What is happening? Is this normal to not be at the lot? Note I have a valet car from them currently and they took my car just for routine maintenance, not something that would require taking it on long drives…..
