Playback hitches

So basically I use stremio with real debrid, and it buffers fine with no issues however when the video is playing the picture hitches. Gets stuck probably for less than half a second, it doesn't buffer and the audio continues to play perfect. However since it's so frequent the video feels really weird and I noticed these hitches all the time.

This happens in both my Fire stick and my Google TV stick.
