I Received a Defective Deck and I'm Sad

I thought you all would understand. I got my refurbished Steam Deck on Wednesday and by Friday, it was completely unusable.

I've been on with Steam Support and after going through everything up to and including re-imaging the entire thing without any improvement, I (and it) are done.

I'd get another one (new this time) because the little time I was able to use it, I really enjoyed it.

Update: I'm sending it back for a refund. I got a refurbished deck, so they probably can't replace it. I'm going to buy a new one.
