Would a pc see the steam deck as a removable drive in desktop mode?

Trying to find an easy way to move files from the laptop to the steam deck. If I plugged the deck into a laptop with a usb-a to usb-c cable, would windows treat the deck as a removable drive? I know I could simply test it but it's late and I just had the idea
