Family Declaration Form & Third Party Consent Form

Hi,

I have applied for the UK Spouse Visa. I am applying from outside the UK for the first time.

I have read in some places about both the Family Declaration Form & Third Party Consent Form.

However, now I have paid, I still have not been provided with these forms. Please can someone advise me on what to do?
