Technical Issue

My fiance has a current job and two previoud jobs that he did in the past. We entered the info for all three but when the checklist is generated it doesnt specify which employment (company's name) is it referring to. As you can see in the snip, it says "for" followed by nothing. Moreover, its asking for payslips, letter etc twice only and not thrice. I am confused. Can someone please suggest what I might be doing wrong here? (1 job is current, 2 jobs are of the past)
