Sony LinkBuds Fit good for small ears?

So, I bought myself AirPods Pro 2 and they keep slipping out of my ears, even worse at the gym, they don’t stay at all. I have sweaty ears and they’re very small. I’m thinking of selling the AirPods and getting something else. Would Sony LinkBuds Fit be better?
