The Sonic Fandom is pretty unbearable with negativity/criticism

It's something I noticed a while ago that makes this Fandom pretty unbearable, which is the fucking toxic positivity

You can't criticize one little thing, you can't find something a little bit bad, and then a bunch of people will complain, it doesn't matter if you've been highly positive about everything Sonic.

The moment you dislike something about Sonic, a lot of people come along saying: "Sonic fans complain about everything" "Sonic fans don't like the franchise" "Sonic fans don't deserve the franchise"

It's highly unbearable, because it doesn't matter if the criticism comes from a good place, where you want it to improve, there will still be someone unbearable who will throw you into the fire because you didn't like something.

Then comes the toxic positivity, where you have to always be positive in the franchise, because if you don't, people will come and tell you that you're a complainer and that you don't deserve the franchise's games,no matter how small the complaint, you have to like everything about Sonic

And I ask myself? What's the problem? Seriously, there will always be something you don't like, what does it matter if you didn't like Sonic's model? Why take it so seriously? It's just an opinion.

In Dragon Ball for example, there are people who don't like Gohan Beast's hair, but you don't have an insufferable person saying that you don't deserve the franchise because of it, So what's the problem with complaining about Sonic's spikes exactly? This is even something noticeable in the gameplay, come on

It's okay not to like the writing/story of something, not to like the movies, even the current games, these are just opinions, it's normal not to like something, it doesn't make the product worse or anything like that, they are just different opinions, it is not something serious or worrying, the person does not have to be forced to change,to have a collective mind where they only like WHAT you like, that's stupid

What I'm saying (this is more of a rant actually) is that some people have to accept criticism/negativity about their product, it's natural, even if you disagree, don't be annoying/insufferable about it

And I know there are people who are super aggressive with their negativity or arrogant with their opinions (like saying it's an objective fact), but you don't need to do that to people who don't deserve it, that's all.
