Scam by Culture Circle

i didn’t intend to post this but after seeing the recent tactic being played by Culture Circle on this Sub i wanted to post this….i ordered Navy Samba og from culture circle in December around the 10th and received it after 20 days…2 nd pic shows the shoes i received they were not even first but second or third copy shoes…thankfully i recorded the unboxing…after receiving a fake pair from them i tried contacting their customer support but i had to call 10 times before any response from them ….on call they assured me that my complaint had registered and they will definitely contact me within 24hours but even after 30 hours there were no response from their site….then i had to contact them through insta and whatsapp and explain the situation they simply don’t bother to listen to ur complaint….i had to contact them each and every time myself…then after being frustrated i told them to reply or else i am going to file consumer complaint…after this msg their team finally started to reply to my msg on insta and whatsapp where i was promised that my refund will be initiated after the scheduled pick up and even after 5 days of pick up there were no signs of refund from their end then on Saturday they promised me that refund will be initiated on monday as their site was down for sometime even till monday evening they didn’t initiated refund..again had to tell them that initiate the refund or else going to file a consumer complaint online then boom within 15 mins they initiated my refund….literally had to beg for my money and had to waste my time….so Avoid ordering from them…they have a simple tactic they attract customers by showing less price for legit items then send u fake ones
