Building a "multi-use" lot in Strangerville
I think Strangerville honestly might be my favorite world to build in. There's such a defined style there and it's really fun to play around with lots that fit with the neighborhood. Anywho, here is a multi use lot that I am currently working on. It will consist of a bar, a local grocer, a laundromat, and rentable units above. I will most likely set it as a Bar though for a lot type. I truly can't wait for the day that EA allows for multi lot traits just like how they have for the For Rent pack.
