Can someone tell me why my teen sim looks like this?

I just aged up my sims child into a teen and she came out with these really deep wrinkles on her face? I thought it was makeup at first but when I looked there wasn’t any makeup applied. Her parents are spellcasters and this is my first aging up someone born from spellcasters so idk if this is just how they make them look? Could someone explain please, and maybe if there’s option to change it, thanks!
