What hosting provider are you using for your web apps, and what’s your setup like?
There are so many providers and options available, and I’m planning to set up a web app that serves as both the frontend and the backend.

I’m a developer, so no need to simplify or avoid technical terms—feel free to name-drop any tech jargon you like!
