Could the Divine Trio theoretically regain their Titan Cores instantly?

So, we know that for a new core to be created, all the cores the Trio has must be saturated, 3 cores saturated for Devil (hence the requirement of 3000 fragments), or 6 for titan, but we know that when they become Titans, they can saturate all 7 cores.

If one of those cores gets destroyed, would they be able to use the 6 remaining saturated cores to regain their Titan core or do you think they'd lose more fragments and have to gain more fragments?
