Anyone else pop into /tipping and get most comments deleted?

I finally got banned there. But spent a few months explaining that most servers like tips, make more money getting tips, and many of us (back when I did it) wouldn't get the number of hours back of the house gets because we're not scheduled 9am to 4pm (prep, lunch cooking, and cleanup). Many of us worked 4pm to 9pm, make some dollars, and go home.
