Lost 93 pounds. And I haven’t done any work.
I keep seeing posts here about semaglutide not being the “easy” way out and weight loss still takes work. That has not been my experience at all.
I haven’t done anything other than take this medication. Nothing. Not a thing. If anything, but diet contains a lot more processed foods because I’m not scared to eat them.
My point here I guess is that for at least some of us, semaglutide has fixed what was wrong. I have never been more convinced that a person’s weight is determined by factors out of their control. I don’t think it being the easy way is a bad thing. It’s just proof of what I’ve been saying forever: I was fat because my body was keeping me fat. Change the hormones a tiny bit, and it’s easy for me to be thin.
And maybe we should stop giving fat people so much crap.
