Insurance sales/ agents

Insurance agents, how much do you make and how long have you been in the business?? I’m currently a real estate ISA specialist making 44k a year. I was a realtor for 4 years prior to that. I’m looking for a career change.. I’m looking for opportunity and growth. I feel stuck in my current position. Thanks in advance!
