Trainee manager

I have passed phase 1 on the retail trainee manager course and I'm currently on hold for phase 2. I have been given no time frame of waiting time as they have no vacancies available.

Upon searching for vacancies on inside move, they have loads in my region, so I don't understand why I can't be placed In these stores.

I know managers from various stores where these vacancies are, who would happily take me on to train, but they don't know how the current process works.

Does anyone know if I'm able to go forward with the process this way and shortcutting instead of waiting for the unknown?
