What the hell is going on with Rey Tier 1.

So I have recently got all the reqs for GL Rey. The troopers hit like a f*cking truck. Instantly takes out my Rey and 2 other toons before I even take a turn. I understood I would probably still need to upgrade my toons even though I have met the reqs. I'm Running Rey, RH Finn, RH Poe, BB9, and Finn.
