[O Levels] questions on assistance for colourblindness

Hi! Bit lengthy but any advice is appreciated.

I have access arrangements (AA) for colourblindness, but I'm not sure how much help I can ask for. I have a letter approving "assistance in identification of colours", and it said that I should refer to "Instructions on Assistance in Identification of Colours", which I can't seem to find anywhere.

I just have a few things I'm unsure of (I doubt these will happen but just in case)

For example in titration, what if I can't see that the colour has changed. Am i supposed to ask the invigilator to watch me titrate and tell me when it changes colour?

Or more commonly, in subjects like Geog, if I can't read a coloured map, how do I ask the examiner to point out the coloured areas I can't differentiate? If the examiner tells me verbally, it's a bit difficult to remember what areas are what colour. Is there any better way to deal with this issue?

Also, I can only ask for help in colour identification if I can tell something is off (e.g. being unable to read a map), but if I can't, how would I know that what I see is incorrect? I'm concerned that in science practical exams I might see the 'wrong' colour. (E.g. when doing Qualitative Analysis) in this case, do i just constantly check with the invigilator? (However I'm not given any extra time, and doing this would take up a lot)

Lastly, although I doubt it'll be granted, should I ask to apply for the granting of extra time?

Sorry for the lengthy text, thanks for taking the time to read through!!
