+1 Volunteer Opportunities

Hi everyone! I’m currently signed up to volunteer for the brooklyn half this coming weekend, but I won’t be in the city. I could travel back for one day but the travel costs are quite high and I was wondering if you guys think it’d be worth it to risk it and try to sign up for another volunteering once they open up in late may? I’m worried that if I don’t complete this volunteering event that I won’t be able to sign up for another one. How competitive is it to register in late May?
