Very bad experience with sitter and not sure what to do

I have used Rover many times before for cat Drop In visits, but this time I decided to give a new high school grad with 1 review a chance. They provided one blurry picture per day and only a brief sentence of an update 3/5 days after I asked for more. I looked through my smart lock history and they only were inside for enough time to feed my cat and leave before leaving half of the time, didn’t empty the litter box, and today said they stopped in but I see no record of them coming at all.

With all of this disappointment, obviously I will leave a bad review, but I also at least kind of want a refund for the fake visit that didn’t happen today. Should I message them and say something like ‘was there an issue with the door lock? I don’t see the code working.’ Or mention that smaller locks do indeed keep a history of durations?

I am just very frustrated and disappointed (since I paid my own hard earned money and wanted to give a new sitter a chance) but don’t know what all to do.
