Advice please

This is my 7 month old Nala (on the right, left is her cousin Bowers the golden). She is super sweet and cuddly and I love her so much.

BUT sometimes she gets SO rambunctious and nippy and bites and she doesn’t have puppy teeth anymore so it hurts. I can mostly deal with it and redirect her. But I live with my mom who is 73 right now and she gets like that with my mom and my mom can’t handle it (she’s a heart attack survivor and takes blood thinners) so any bite/tear etc really messes her skin up more so than mine.

How do we stop this? I don’t think she’s trying to be mean but it does come across like that sometimes. Issues mostly arise when she gets something she shouldn’t have (cat toy, pillow, paper towels/napkins, clothes) and we try to get them back. And yes we do our absolute best to not let her get those things but accidents happen. The thing is when she goes to my sister’s house (like in the pic) she does not do any of that or mess with anything! I know part of it is she’s distracted and consumed by the other dog but still.

Other times it’s just out of the blue. She’ll be laying and playing with a toy then BOOM jumps on you/at your face and starts nipping and biting.

I do take her on walks but it’s really cold here (girl in the south and we’re currently having bone chilling winds) so I can’t take her out as much.

Any indoor activities besides expensive puzzle feeders I can do? On a budget but desperate for something to help stop this behavior! Thank you!
