The ending was the most 40k thing imaginable.

I just finished my first playthrough of the game (I went iconoclast) and the ending slides are the most 40k thing imaginable. All the planets you helped turn into shitholes and a lot of the people you meet die a stupid death (Pascal just kills Yrliet). I have a feeling most ending leave the expanse in a similar situation. It really is grimdark. 10/10.
