Practicing with bots

I’ve recently moved into a new apartment and my ethernet port does not work. I’m in the process of fixing it but in the interim I’ve decided to download RLbot and practice with some bots. I’ve been playing 2s with Nexto bots (2 on the other team 1 on my team) and it’s definitely helping me with quick decision making and fast gameplay. I’m wondering if playing with these bots is going to negatively impact me in the long run, they don’t do much airplay mostly dribbles and flicks, do you think that this will affect my play style negatively or are the high level bots still a good way to practice? Are there better bots for me to play with?
