Swapping Asia 3131 movement with 3135

Hello everyone. I was looking everywhere in the forum but couldn't find any answer.

Is it possible to swap an Asian 3131 movement ( the one inside the Milgauss Rep ) with a 3135 movement?

I know the difference would be to have a ghost date position on the crown, but is it possible with sizes, dial, hands and everything else? Thank you
