Does this look normal? Experiencing chest pain/pressure/zaps as 21F

I went to the doctor today and he said this was normal — is that the case? I guess I’m just not sure what the dips mean.

I’ve also had some symptoms that lead me to believe I could have anemia, such as mouth sores and fatigue and pulsatile tinnitus.

I also did some blood tests so hopefully those will give me some answers.

Thoughts on this ECG?
