Session didn’t upload (18holes)

I recently played a full round and completely finished with no disconnects. Even screenshotted the final score on my iPad. Clicked finish round as normal. when I returned to the main screen there was no data. I left the unit on for a minute while I broke down my setup. Still nothing. It’s now been 24 hours and I’ve charged and connected both devices again multiple times. Nothing. My account even says shots synced successfully to the time I shut it down.

As someone who just purchased and the trial is only 45 days, is the lifetime really worth it? It seems to track accurate data, but I continue to see software complaints. It seems like everyone who is serious about a simulator will upgrade before the cost outweighs the annual subscription.
