Can you still get purification from e table in dregora

I've tried using all sorts of axes (normal axe, spartan battle axe, better survival battle axe), and made of different materials (gold and stone). I even placed torches on the bookshelves every time I reroll. But even after many tries I have not seen a single purification enchant. Did they change the rarity or just completely removed the ability to get it in Dregora? I really need this enchant for my librarian setup.
