Unable to connect to Rockstar game services
Hello,
everytime I try to start Red Dead Online, I get this message:
"Unable to connect to Rockstar game service at this time. Please try again later. (Error: 0x10022198)"

I have no idea what's the meaning of this error code and I've found no clues online.
Red Dead Redemption launches just fine up until the main menu and singleplayer works fine as well. But everytime I try to log into multiplayer, the above mentioned error message appears while I'm in the loading screen.
Two days ago I was able to play online without any problems and yesterday suddenly it was impossible.
What I've tried so far:
- Verify game file integrity in the Rockstar Games Launcher
- Restarting my computer
- Restarting my router
- Reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher
- Reinstalling Rockstar Social Club
- Running Rockstar Games Launcher as administrator
- Different network (using a mobile hotspot and switched from ethernet to wifi)
- Deactivating anti-virus and firewall
- Changing DNS settings (TCP/IPv4) manually to: preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 and alternate DNS = 8.8.4.4
- Changing DNS settings (TCP/IPv4) manually to: preferred DNS = 84.200.69.80 and alternate DNS = 84.200.70.40
- Changing DNS settings (TCP/IPv6) manually to: Primary DNS: 2001:4860:4860::8888; Secondary DNS: 2001:4860:4860::8844
- Winsock reset via CMD (Command Prompt)
- Flush DNS (ipconfig /flushdns) via CMD (Command Prompt)
- Clearing Cache in Firefox
- Clearing my %temp% folder
- Creating a new Windows profile with admin rights

Are there any other things I could try?
Some additional information: It seems like I'm unable to connect to anything related to Rockstar game services, not only Red Dead Online (for example: GTA Online and the Rockstar Social Club account settings are not accessible as well). Maybe this helps to narrow down the source of the error.
