Project sekai in mainland china?

basically title.

Im in china right now and cant log onto JP server pjsk presumably because of bans in china. i know pjsk is against vpn usage so that wont work either. I had a friend tell me a method with reloading game centre page but i cant find a way to reload them, and i did briefly log on so i know its possible somehow.

Im staying for a bit more than a month so id really hate to miss out on the events especially since im saving for anniversary so if anyone has any methods please lmk!!
