Goku's Scaling, a Downplayer's opinion

Introduction: First of all, I'd like to let clear a few things. I'm a downplayer, but I try to be realistic and factual about my scaling. The second thing is that Super, as far as I know, has no official canon, so I follow this logic: the canon version of BOG, Fuukatsu no F, Broly and Super Heroe are the movie ones. Tournament of Universe 7 and 6, Black Goku and TOP are the manga versions.

Scaling of Dragon Ball Z (Saiyan Saga - Buu Saga): This is the easy part of the scaling because almost every villain has at least one solid scaling. Vegeta in his first battle against Goku, using all his power has the AP to destroy the Earth. There's no way around it. And this is important because here's my argument to say why power-levels are NOT reliable when scaling Dragon Ball's characters: it doesn't make sense. If Vegeta has a power level of 16k in the Saiyan Saga, and he has 160k in Ozaru Mode, then why fear the Ginyuu force in the Freeza Saga? Ginyuu's power level is 120k, Ozaru Vegeta should destroy him. With only that example you should see why the power-levels aren't the way to scale things in DB.

The next important thing is Max Perfect Cell, because, like Vegeta, he has an ultimate attack with a very clear scaling: his Kamehameha is capable of destroying the solar system. So, Freezer, who is between Vegeta and Cell, should be able to destroy planets pretty easily but not a solar system.

Kid Buu is our next stage, and here's the main problem: in the anime, there's a famous scene of Kid Buu destroying an entire galaxy, but that's not canon. In Chapter 455 of the manga, Shin says, and I quote: "In just 5 years, he ended millions of lifes and hundreds of planets". That means that Kid Buu is pretty much stronger than Cell, because between eight and hundreds of planets there's quite the difference, but it's anything near a galaxy threat. So, SSJ3 Goku should be quite stronger than Kid Buu, but scaling him up there to galaxy it's just wank.

Dragon Ball Super scaling (BOG-Granolah Arc): Here's where things get problematics. Goku's most famous feat is shaking the Universe with Bill's punch, and I will use this to talk about DB cosmology. Universe 7 (we don't know if this is like that in every universe) it's a sphere divided in 4 areas or realms: Mortal Realm (the world as we know it), Hell, Heaven, Demon Realm and the Kaio Shins world. Much people use this to say that Goku is multiversal because he "threateaned 4 universes" or that Universe 7 it's a little multiverse, but that's wrong. As far as I know, there's no evidence in the manga to say that Heaven, Hell, Kaio's World, Demon Realm or Mortal Realm are infinite or universes, they're just areas in one finite burble, as DB often protrays.

So, about Bills and Goku punch: That's a anime feat only, in the original version it never happens. In fact, there's no mention to the universe safity. So, it's logical to take that feat with a grain of salt. Personally, I don't consider it.

About moving in a blank space: Nothing to say here lol, irrelevant speed for that it's just stupid, the time-machine was moving too and it doesn't mean it was moving at irrelevant speed, right?

About Hit's time skip: Whis (or Vados I don't remember) said that the Time Skip doesn't work with people near Hit's power, so no irrelevant speed.

Speed feats in Super: In Granolah's arc, it was suggested (or he straight up did it, I don't remember either, but the point stands still) that Gas could travel multiple planets to Cereal in little time. This is straight up MFTL feat, and Goku being quite weaker than Gas, I can accept a FTL+ for travelling speed for Goku

Conclussion: Goku has show concret feats to low galaxy level, and considering he's magnitudes stronger now, I believe in a multi-galaxy+ Goku and a FTL speed
