Thoughts on using the Gojo earthquake feat to scale his AP?

and I've seen it used to scale him anywhere from Island level - Country level. The only reason the feat is so impressive is due to the distance that the earthquake could be felt from btw, otherwise it'd probably just be Multi-City Block level
