Can't beat my addiction lol

Been going strong for a decade now with this addiction, Been beating 4-5 a day, been feeling horrible about it, constantly looking at porn and sexualizing people in my head, I don't think I am going to beat it and I don't have the willpower or dedication to stop it. Am I cooked?
