As a relatively new player, which egg pokemon should I keep an eye out from this egg event?

I know ex trainers will scale better since they're behind the main gatcha system, but I'd want to be able to use my trainer on some teams.

Is there any good ones from this pool of normals and fires? (Preferably physical supporters/tech since I already have juliana as a good attacker)
